Our Client is looking for an Attorney to join their Banking Law and Collections Department based in the Umhlanga office

• The ideal candidate must have right of appearance in the High Court and experience in Banking Foreclosures and Collections.
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in Banking Law

Responsibilities will include amongst others drafting, attending to court appearances, handling court queries, managing case files, reporting and contacting clients and Defendants.

The role requires a solid understanding of foreclosures and court procedures as well as the ability to work closely with a team including a senior associate and the head of department.

The successful candidate will also have the support of a dedicated secretary.
