Well-established manufacturing company seeks to employ a qualified and trade tested Fitter and Turner at their plant in Goodwood.

For the position you would be required to have:

• Minimum of Grade 12
• Minimum of N3 in Mechanical Engineering
• Trade tested Fitter & Turner ESSENTIAL
• Minimum of 5 years’ post apprenticeship experience in a manufacturing environment
• Shift position (allowances payable)

Responsibilities would include you to:

• Repair and maintain equipment
• Preventative maintenance schedules
• Work closely with production to ensure equipment availability
• Work closely with outside contractors when required
• Work safely and keep work area neat
• Manage projects when required
