Our client is looking for a Customer Service Consultant /  Online booking agent to join their vibey team at the V& A Waterfront Cape Town.

Requirements:

• Well spoken in Afrikaans and English ( non negotiable)
• Support multiple teams and departments ( online booking, sales teams, Onboarding Team and Property Support Team)
• Adapt quickly with new task etc.
• Strong communication skills
• A positive attitude
• Ability to work Independently and in a team
• Experience in the travel agency will be a plus
