3. Recruiting the best candidate/s
- Expect a 2-3-week recruitment process turnaround time, whereby we ensure that we find you the best candidate/s related to the crafted job description.

We will provide you with selected resumes. You, as the client, will approve and have the final say as to which specific candidate/s is/are employed.
4. Onboarding

The client is responsible for all equipment, software licenses etc., that are specific to their business. Home-based staff technical equipment and software are as per your company policy and provided by your company accordingly.
How do we monitor staff remotely?
Staff can be managed by an office manager or they can be tracked using employee monitoring software (e.g. Time Doctor or Workpuls). Talk to us to discuss the various options and appropriate level of functionality available to you.
How do payments and invoicing work?
We pay the staff and invoice you the client once a month in advance. Our invoices to you are payable in full within 14 days of receipt.
What hours do the staff work?
The staff will work your hours. Usually, this is between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00.

How do I talk to the staff every day?
You can use a variety of software such as Google Hangouts, Zoom or Skype. It’s quite common for clients to be in constant contact with staff throughout the day.
