Well-established provider of services and equipment to data centres and telco companies, is looking to employ an Installation Technician. You will be involved in the installation of various wired and wireless sensors in data centres and server rooms. Based in Johannesburg

For the position you would be required to have:

• Minimum of Matric/ Grade 12
• Electrical/Electronic tertiary qualification will be a definite advantage
• Planning and project management experience
• Computer literacy, spreadsheet, bit of software
• Experience in installations in large server rooms/ data centres

Responsibilities would include you to:

• Plan project installation
• Execute sensor installations.
• Ensure quality of installations
• Ensure materials are available
• Hands-on installation
• Report-writing and project progress reporting

Salary around R35k per month
